Séjour luxueux, exceptionnel et accueil parfait. Établissement exceptionnel et les propriétaires Thomas et Kiki étaient excellents avec des prestations luxueuses et parfaites (confort, propreté, attention particulière avec les merveilleux gâteaux de Kiki, vue sur la mer, piscine ,mieux qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles) merci pour ce séjour merveilleux dans votre villa.
Thomas and Kiki were excellent hosts and went above and beyond at making our stay in Crete enjoyable. The house was beautiful and the town was safe and had all the essentials. Kiki showed my kids what school is like in Crete and Thomas took them on a tour of the greenhouse. We can’t wait to go back.
This villa is a perfect place for any family or large group, we were 8 adults and we absolutely left with memorable moments. The villa is tastefully decorated and spotless! The kitchen is very well equipped for those who like to cook. The bedrooms are very spacious, the gardens and pool area are breathtaking and we had a blast with the outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill and pizza oven. Also, with it’s 3 outdoor terraces, you are sure to enjoy beautiful views during your stay (2 are overlooking the sea and the other on the surrounding mountains). The villa is well located, about 15 to 20 minutes walk from a small café and a supermarket, 25 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Rethymno, where there are bars and restaurants and 1h30 from the amazing Balos beach and quaint city of Chania . The owners and hosts, Thomas & Kiki were been amazing with us. They were attentive and generous throughout our stay. They can be very proud of their villa, it’s fantastic! We thank them for allowing us to enjoy their lovely property. We would recommend this villa to anyone without any hesitation. Absolutely fantastic the property is gorgeous and our hosts wonderful. Thomas and Kiki met us at the door with smiles and were so welcoming it was fabulous. They even made food for us .. a real Cretan welcome and it was right from the heart.. extremely caring and made sure we’re we comfortable. Thomas even called to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything a couple of days into our vacation. We didn’t stay long enough... nothing was negative at all!
The hosts are fantastic people, a lovely couple who go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa is superb and cannot be faulted - absolutely fantastic!
Amazing villa that delivers luxury and comfort. The hosts Thomas and Kiki are incredible and very welcoming - and made the entire vacation one to remember. The villa is extremely well furnished, has the kids loved the pool table and pool. Recommended.
The property and home are magnificent just by themselves BUT the owner made this experience above and beyond! Before even leaving California he reached out several times to see if I had any needs he could accommodate or any questions. We were arriving late the first night and he and family had prepared a home made Greek dinner for us with an amazing Moussaka, salad, appetizer, and drink including home made wine by his father. It was delicious! To get us settled Thomas and Kiki met us there and they were so warm, inviting and kind! This was the best start to our vacation. The home itself was modern, clean, stocked with everything you would need. The furnishings were beautiful. Outside we found an large Oasis! A beautiful infinite pool there in the middle of Palm Trees and a lovely garden with plenty of updated furnishings. We spent every night together outside. It was lovely. Thomas the owner cares about his property and your stay there. Everything was spectacular. To top it off his girlfriend Kiki (who we loved!) dropped off home made dessert for us later during the week. Wish I was still there! Don't miss this spectacular villa. We loved every moment there.
Location & Access
The Velvet Breeze Superior Villa is located at Stavromenos village, with easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, cafeterias, pharmacy, gas station, ATM etc. With a sandy beach only 2 minutes away by car, you can enjoy your daily swim or have fun at one of the many beach bars.
The city of Rethymno, full of activities, its lively nightlife and historical sites, is only 10 km away. Renting a car is necessary as it will facilitate you to explore and see more of the island beauties. Velvet Breeze is easily accessible from north national road, which connects all 4 major cities, sea ports and airports of Crete.
